Finding a perfect eyeliner is very hard and applying it is even more harder. Recently I brought eccence matt liquid eyeliner and I can say this is the eyeliner i was looking for. Its brush is so smooth and you can apply it easily. I will definetly recommend essence matt liquid eyeliner.
